Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin (R) has rejected a request by a GOP state senator for a performance investigation of the Oklahoma Department of Insurance and Insurance Commissioner John Doak (R), saying such audits already are being performed routinely and filed with the State Auditor and Inspector.Last week, Sen.
