Court Can't Modify Worker's Award Without Evidence of Worsening Disability, Impairment Change

The Nebraska Court of Appeals overturned an order of the compensation court that allowed a worker to modify his award of benefits, because he did not make a showing of an increase in his impairment and level of disability. Case: Moss v. C&A Industries, No. A-17-465, 05/08/2018, published. Facts and procedural history: Willie Moss worked for Aurstaff Temporary Agency as a laborer.
