Rachel Fikes has been promoted to chief experience officer at Rising Medical Solutions.
Fikes was previously Rising’s vice president of marketing and director of the annual Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Study. The chief experience officer position, or CXO, is intended to integrate a company’s culture and brand with customer service.
“Keeping our customers’ priorities at the forefront of our employees’ priorities elevates the experience of both constituencies,” Fikes said.
