Federal Trial Judge Rejects NHL Motion to Dismiss MDL Concussion Litigation

A federal trial judge in Minnesota on Wednesday ruled that a class of current and former professional hockey players can proceed with their claims that the National Hockey League allegedly concealed the risk of long-term health consequences from concussions they suffered during their playing days.
