Comp Court Cuts Hours

Starting Oct. 1, the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court will have shorter hours, the court announced. The court, which is typically open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each weekday, will be open until 4:30 p.m. at its Lincoln and Omaha offices. Faxes received after 4:30 p.m. will be reviewed the following business day. Attorneys may continue to submit pleadings after hours through the e-filing system.
