CWCI Posts Summary of 2016 Comp Bills

The California Workers’ Compensation Institute posted a summary of bills signed by Gov. Jerry Brown this year that directly or indirectly impact the state’s comp system. In all, CWCI identified 13 bills of note in a bulletin sent to members Wednesday. These include measures such as SB 1160, by Sen. Tony Mendoza, D-Artesia, and AB 1244, by Assemblyman Adam Gray, D-Merced.
