Administrative Bulletins Update Procedure Codes

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services has issued updates to some of the procedure codes it adopted Jan. 1. The agency issued two administrative bulletins outlining the changes.  Bulletin 17-07 outlines changes made to codes for prostheses, prosthetic devices and orthotic devices. Two knee orthosis diagnoses have new codes, while the description of a code about ankle and foot orthosis has been revised, and a code about an inversion/eversion correction device has been added.
