The Texas Division of Worker's Compensation is reminding stakeholders that starting Thursday, Dec. 6, anyone requesting a designated doctor review must use new forms that were drafted this year.
The forms are available on the DWC website and are in keeping with new rules adopted by the division in October. The rule changes are designed to bring more transparency to how doctors are assigned, and to encourage more physicians to sign up for the job.
