As part of its expansion in the central U.S., United Heartland is now offering workers’ compensation insurance in South Dakota.
The insurer will work with agencies in South Dakota to find clients in six key business segments: education, health care, long-term care, manufacturing, nonprofits and social services, and wholesale and retail. Tracy Bain, director for the Milwaukee region, will guide the efforts.
United Heartland, part of AF Group, markets its products in 18 states. The company announced in May its expansion into Oklahoma.
