After attending FAC hearings, reporting to DA's for many years about obvious fraud by doctors, lawyers, insurers & judicial and even state employees committing fraud and other crimes. So exactly what bills has been passed to provide citizens called injured workers the mechanism that goes after these type of frauds. Gang stalking ( proof of domestic terrorism tactics like retaliation for bringing forth acts of gang stalking) are used as crimes against injured workers should also be included. I know there are many insurance fraud codes and penal codes for fraud and other criminal activity but no one to enforce them. Isn't that an area of fraud in of itself. So where exactly are the bills if any that were ever enacted to provide over sight for internal insurance fraud & internal criminal activity?. The DA's & their insurance investigators had to be educated on what these codes meant but as of yet, the 35 to 50 million used every year to pay for this is used for a one sided justice. Who goes after doctors that maim an injured worker from a botched neck surgery that lands a patient as a quad or injects chemicals and the patient is far worse with no recovery. OR a lawyer who steal IW's workers claim money? Or A JUDGE who has no problem stating the IW has no due process in his court, or a insurance adjuster who decides if the above quad gets their clotting medication or not and the patient dies because of the denial. Or defense attorneys and insurance adjusters hide the claims as does the judge, Neither have a legit claim or board number. What bill was enacted to let this all go on with out punishment for the crimes against injured workers?
