The Louisiana Supreme Court permanently disbarred a lawyer who allegedly forged documents and lied to deceive three clients whose cases he had actually botched or abandoned.In a ruling issued Friday, the high court approved a recommendation by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel against William J. Delsa of Metairie, La.
