Supreme Court Suspends Attorney for Mishandling Worker's Settlement Money

The Oklahoma Supreme Court on Tuesday suspended an Oklahoma City attorney for mishandling a client’s workers’ compensation settlement proceeds. While Justice Douglas Combs opined that attorney Theodore Koss Jr. ought to be disbarred, a majority of the court concluded that a suspension of two years and one day was sufficient.
