Lawmakers Continue to Push for Air Ambulance Regulations Despite Court Rulings

Although federal courts have repeatedly struck down efforts by state regulators to impose price controls on air ambulance services, lawmakers at both the state and federal level are still pushing legislation to place restrictions on what the providers can charge.
