Sabina Farmers Exchange is facing $50,051 in fines for safety violations after a federal inspection discovered workers were exposed to the hazard of being suffocated in flowing grain.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued three repeat and six serious safety citations to the company after inspecting its facilities in Sabina and Wilmington, Ohio, according to a Thursday press release from the agency. The inspection was prompted by a complaint about the facility.
