The New Mexico Court of Appeals upheld an award of damages to a restaurant worker who was fired after suffering an ankle injury. Case: Goodman v. OS Restaurant Services LLC, Nos. A-1-CA-35971 and S-1-SC-37873, 05/05/2020, published. Facts: Justin Goodman worked for OS Restaurant Services LLC at the Outback Steakhouse in Las Cruces.
