The owners of two Kansas City-area hotels pleaded guilty on Monday to hiring undocumented workers and not providing them with workers' compensation insurance or other benefits.Munir Ahmad Chaudary and his wife Rhonda Bridge employed the workers at two Clarion Hotel buildings, one in Overland Park and the other in Kansas City, according to a Monday press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Kansas.
