The Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission will take feedback from various health care providers on Oct. 11 as the agency develops its medical fee schedules.
Earlier this year, the General Assembly passed House Bill 378 and directed the commission to adopt, effective Jan. 1, 2018, regulations that establish fee schedules that set the maximum liability of employers for medical services provided to injured workers.
