Republican Delegate Proposes Auditing Workers' Comp System

Virginia lawmakers will consider authorizing an audit of the workers' compensation system during the spring legislative session, which began Wednesday. House Joint Resolution No. 544, proposed by Delegate L. Scott Lingamfelter, R-Prince William, would direct Virginia's Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee to study the workers' compensation system.
