Owner of Lawn Care Business Found Guilty of Theft

A Kentucky man pleaded guilty to one count of theft for collecting more than $11,000 in disability benefits while operating his lawn care business, the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced. Michael Strother, 36, was the subject of a BWC Special Investigations Department probe after an allegation that he owned and operated his business, Eastern Style Lawn Care, while receiving BWC benefits.
