Consistently shoddy conditions at an auto parts manufacturer lost the company a contract with a temp agency and led to a federal fine of more than $700,000 to the agency and manufacturer. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined HP Pelzer Automotive Systems and the staffing agency Sizemore Inc. for repeated safety violations at HP Pelzer's Thomson, Georgia, facility.
