Repeated Safety Citations put Roofing Contractor in "Severe Violator" Program

A Toledo, Ohio roofing contractor has been placed in a Severe Violator Enforcement Program after the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration found that the company failed to protect workers from falls on multiple occasions. OSHA cited roofing contractor Julio Galindo on Dec. 21 for one willful and seven repeated safety violations. The agency has proposed fines of $54,650.
