An Indiana post office exposed workers to asbestos hazards, netting it nearly $50,000 in federal safety penalties.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited the West Baden Springs post office for four repeated violations on July 29, the agency announced this week.
Inspectors visited the small rural post office on June 3 after receiving a complaint about safety concerns.
