Majestic Capital Delists Stock from Nasdaq

Majestic Capital threw in the towel and voluntarily delisted its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market with a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that the company announced Friday.The California Department of Insurance received court approval to place Majestic's largest subsidiary, San Francisco-based Majestic Insurance, into conservation on April 20. New York state regulators threw CRM out of the self-insured group trust market in September 2008, and no less than 15 lawsuits filed by shareholders, policyholders and regulators are pending against the company, according to a 2010 ...
