The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is accepting public comment on whether sections of “old law” regarding medical fee schedules and other aspects of the system should be repealed or amended.
The DWC is particularly interested in stakeholders' views on whether Title 28 of the Texas Administrative Code, Section 42.105 — on fee guidelines — should be updated to reference the current requirements of another state law, Section 134.201, the division said in a bulletin Friday.
