Pain Doctor's New Indictment Includes Charges of Contributing to Overdose Deaths

Claiming they’ve unearthed evidence linking Dr. Eugene Gosy to six overdose deaths, federal prosecutors expanded their indictment against the Williamsville, New York, pain doctor on Sunday. The 166-count indictment accuses Gosy of prescribing controlled substances in a manner that caused the death of at least six people.
