Gov. Jay Nixon has appointed attorney Michael C. Rader of Kansas City to the Missouri Brain Injury Advisory Council for a term ending May 12, 2015.The council (formerly known as the Missouri Head Injury Advisory Council) studies and makes recommendations to policymakers to improve, expand, coordinate and develop a service delivery system for survivors of head injuries and their families.Rader is a partner with the law firm of Bartimus, Frickleton, Robertson and Gorny and has received the Missouri Bar Foundation's Lon O.
