Advisory Council to Discuss Mandatory Comp, Take Public Comment Oct. 11

The South Dakota Workers' Compensation Advisory Council will take public input on upcoming issues and hear from a lawyer who believes that the state's workers' compensation system is not mandatory for employers, during a meeting on Oct. 11.
