The Delaware Supreme Court last week threw out a $13.5 million judgment against the errors and omissions liability insurance provider for CorVel Corp., finding the claim was time-barred.
CorVel is a Delaware company, but it operates a national preferred provider organization network. The network had included multiple medical providers in Louisiana.
