TDI Publishes Proposed Change to NCCI Stat Plan

The Texas Department of Insurance has published in the Texas Register notice of its intent to adopt the National Council on Compensation Insurance’s Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance, with Texas exceptions.The TDI’s proposed action appeared in Friday’s edition of the Register.
