Assembly Passes San Diego Fire and Rescue Presumption, Debit Card Bills

The California Assembly unanimously passed bills that would allow carriers to continue using debit cards to deliver indemnity benefits and give San Diego fire and rescue workers access to the same presumptions offered to other members of the state’s law enforcement community.
