York Risk Services Hires Public Entity Sales VP in Austin

York Risk Services Group announced last week that Patrick O'Toole has joined the company as vice president of sales for York Public Entity. O'Toole's responsibilities will include public entity business development in Texas and Oklahoma. He will be based in Austin, Texas.
