The Texas Department of Insurance will hold its 16th Annual Fraud Conference on April 29-May 1 at the Austin Convention Center.The conference is designed for law enforcement and special investigators and will be held at a reduced rate of $199 for conference attendees who register on or before March 24, 2014."Insurance fraud has a costly impact on all consumers," Commissioner of Insurance Julia Rathgeber said in a news release.
