Labor Department Schedules Hearing on Rules to Implement ODG Formulary

The Montana Department of Labor and Industry scheduled a hearing for Nov. 9 to get feedback on proposed rules that would adopt the Official Disability Guidelines drug formulary. The department has been working toward adopting a workers’ compensation formulary since Gov. Steve Bullock in May 2017 signed SB 312, allowing the agency to fold into its utilization guidelines a list of drugs that are medically appropriate for injured workers.
