The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $341,550 in fines against a Grove, Oklahoma-based metal-plating services company after an inspection turned up 38 safety and health violations.
The citations included nine repeat violations for similar hazards the administration found at Pride Plating in 2009, according to a Thursday press release.
