Proposed Rules Would Increase Voc-Rehab Fees Up to 65%

Vocational rehabilitation providers will get pay raises exceeding 50%, under a rules update proposed by the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry. The department is proposing changes to Minnesota Rules 5220.0100 to 5220.1900, addressing rehabilitation, as well as Rules 5220.2510 to 5220.2870, regarding penalties for failure to provide or pay for rehabilitation services.
