AJ Gallagher Completes Acquisitions

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) today announced the completion of three acquisitions: Manning & Smith Insurance, Inc. of Wichita, Kansas; Roberts & Roberts Insurance Agency, Inc. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and MountainView Software Corporation of Layton, Utah. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Manning & Smith Insurance, Inc., dating back to 1933, is an insurance agency offering retail and wholesale property/casualty products and services.
