Facts: Kyle Perkins worked for North American Stainless. He contracted COVID-19 in August 2021 after working several 12-hour shifts while partnered with Eric Springer.
Perkins nor Springer was vaccinated for COVID-19, and both men had received warnings for failing to wear their face masks at work.
