State Compensation Insurance Fund is cosponsoring seminars next month to help California employers develop effective Injury and Illness Prevention Programs.
All employers are required to establish, implement and maintain a written IIPP. State Fund is teaming up with the University of California's Labor Occupational Health Program and the Division of Occupational Safety and Health to offer three free seminars where businesses with fewer than 50 workers can learn how to develop an injury plan or update an existing one.
