The California Division of Workers' Compensation on Tuesday posted the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine's copyright statement on its Web site.
The division said that it posted the copyright notice to assist the public in complying with the provisions of the emergency regulations governing utilization review standards as required by Labor Code section 4610 and contained in California Code of Regulations, Title 8, sections 9792.6-9792.11.
