DWC Updates Hospital Outpatient, ASC Section of Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation revised the Hospital Outpatient Departments/Ambulatory Surgical Centers section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to conform to changes made by Medicare. The changes apply to dates of service on or after March 1, the division announced. Among other things, the division’s order increases the fee schedule conversion factor for hospital outpatient services.
