Arkansas’ maximum total disability rate will increase 1.8% to $673 per week on Jan. 1 due to an increase in the state’s average weekly wage.
Benefit rates are set at 85% of the state’s average weekly wage, as reported by the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, the Workers’ Compensation Commission said in a notice posted on its website.
