Nebraska Court Clerk Ending 43-Year Career

Court Clerk Kay Peterson, who has held her title with the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court since 1964, will retire on Dec. 30. She joined the court staff in January 1963 and a year later was appointed clerk of the court. She has held the position ever since. "She has established many of the procedures that will continue for years to come," said a statement issued by the court. Barb Frank was named to replace Peterson as court clerk.
