Court Updates Jan. 9 Lincoln Case List

The Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court posted an update on cases to be considered at its Jan. 9 call in Lincoln. Case set for the 9:30 a.m. session include Murphy v. City of Grand Island, Johnson v. Swift & Co., Resendiz v. Weathercraft Enterprises, Taylor v. Dahlsten Truck Line and Great West Casualty Co., and Bowker v. Double "O" a/k/a L.F.C., LLC, and Wausau Insurance Co. Set for the 1:30 p.m. call are Hepler v. Omaha Cable, Alvarez v. Carpetland and Toledo v. Swift & Co.
