Board Suspends QME's Medical License for Pot Recommendation

The California Board of Osteopathic Medicine suspended the license of a Fresno physician and qualified medical evaluator for failing to perform a thorough physical examination or review of medical records before recommending the use of medical marijuana to an undercover agent.
