AG, Cities File Misclassification Suit Against Uber and Lyft

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra joined city attorneys from Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco to sue ride-hailing services Uber and Lyft for allegedly misclassifying drivers as independent contractors.
