A nurse who received temporary total disability benefits for about five years after falling on her tailbone lost the benefits after a functional capacity evaluation cleared her to return to light-duty work.
An appellate court upheld the decision to revoke her benefits, rejecting the nurse's claim that she could not sit or stand for more than 30 minutes without pain.
