Empire Underwriters Announces New Head of P&C

Empire Underwriters, a national insurance wholesaler, has appointed a new vice president of property and casualty. George "Rusty" Ellis will take on the role, the company announced in a Monday press release. Ellis has more than 25 years of experience in insurance and risk management, including time serving in senior leadership roles at Hull and Co. and its subsidiary, Delaware Valley Underwriting Agency.
