A former Camden County Fire Department employee has been charged with fabricating medical documents and then a knee injury to claim workers’ compensation benefits. Steven Eugene Davis, 44, of Waverly, is charged with felony insurance fraud, false swearing, forgery in the first degree, giving false information to a government entity, and making false and misleading statements to obtain workers’ compensation benefits.
