A New Jersey university police officer and an insurance agent were charged with fraud for allegedly producing fraudulent certificates of insurance.
The Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said it received a fraud referral involving Christopher Angst, a Montclair University Police Department officer and owner of C&E Professional Painting, and Michael McFadden, an agent with Insuranze Associates.
