Commissioner Will Rule Soon on Sept. 1 Regulatory Filing After Public Hearing

California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara will soon make a decision on the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau’s Sept. 1 regulatory filing now that a public hearing held Thursday on the proposal has come and gone, the Department of Insurance said.
